Therapy is scheduled Monday -Thursday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, and Friday and Sunday 9 am - 3 pm.
I offer in-person and online sessions in Englewood, NJ and online sessions for anyone located in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Commonwealth of North Mariana Islands, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconson, and Wyoming.
Traditional EMDR Therapy is scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
Initial EMDR Intensives include a 90-minute pre-Intensive interview, a three-hour intensive therapy session for 1-3 days, and 90-minute post-Intensive interview.

Stand-alone EMDR Intensives -
EMDR Intensives area powerful way to get a jump-start on the healing process. This is perfect for anyone who is ready for a breakthrough.
Monthly and Bi-Monthly EMDR Intensives -
Some clients choose to meet with another therapist for day-to-day support so we can focus entirely on processing deeper level procesing with EMDR.
Quarterly EMDR Intensives -
Other clients chose this option when they’re working with another therapist for day-to-day support so we can focus entirely on processing deeper issues intensively with EMDR.
My out-of-network provider fee for EMDR Therapy is $225 per 50 minute session.
My out-of-network provider fees for EMDR Intensives range from $275-$325 per hour.

Other schedules (e.g., two three-hour block in a day, or a combination of weekday and weekend days) can be accommodated.
*Examples are for first-time Intensives. Subsequent Intensive days are billed at hourly rates of $275 on weekdays and $325 on weekends.

You may be eligible for reimbursement, for example, if you have out-of-network benefits. Please note that EMDR Intensives are considered an out-of-pocket service. Also please be aware that the insurance company will require a diagnosis code as a reason for treatment. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card in order to get details about your specific plan. I’m happy to provide more information on coverage and reimbursement to help with this process. EMDR Therapy 50-minute sessions: Kindly provide at least two days notice of cancellation. If not cancelled two days prior, you will be charged the full fee of the session.
EMDR Intensives:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due on Day 1 of the Intensive service (i.e., the pre-intensive meeting) . Should you wish to cancel, kindly provide 2 weeks notice from the first date of service.Description text goes here
